Click here for Yin Yoga sequence to aid Digestion

This 40 minute Yin yoga sequence helps the energy flow through the Sacral Chakra, the centre of our creativity and self-esteem. This sequence focuses on compressing and stretching out the abdominal organs helping digestion and the release of trapped gas.

Yin yoga is a passive form of yoga that focuses on the breath, has longer holds and helps us to find peace and stillness. In Yin yoga, we find our 'Edge' (the point of resistance), we find stillness and we hold the pose. Yin yoga helps alleviate stress and tension and restore our energy levels.
Make sure that you have all the props you need for support and comfort during your poses.

Click here for a 5 minute Breathing Meditation

Meditation brings peace and harmony to our body and mind.

Breathwork can be a beneficial exercise for those who are suffering with stress and anxiety or anyone who is healing from emotional, physical or mental trauma.

Good health requires fresh oxygen rich blood for the cells of our body and it is through steady, slow and deep breathing we improve blood oxygenation.

Just remind yourself to be patient and return to your breathing techniques in times of stress and worry. To practice every day will help implement good habits into your daily life.

Click here - Yoga for Digestion

Just a short sequence to help settle the digestive system.

You will need a yoga mat and any blocks or cushions you feel you need for comfort.

Please consult with your doctor before beginning any physical exercise. Please rest at any time during this sequence if you feel the need or if you feel any tingling sensations.
